Franco's Les Mills Halloween Group Exercise Launch

Join us for a spooky edition of the Franco's Les Mills Group Exercise Launch Party!

Make sure you dress up so you are eligible to win a prize for the best costume! Prizes will also be awarded to individuals who complete three of the four classes offered that day.

Here's the lineup:

8 am: GRITattack Monster Mash-Up: This combination of Grit and Body Attack is a monster calorie burner and will be held in Studio 1.

8:15 am: SPOOKY SPRINT: This HIIT-based cycle class is only 30 minutes but burns an hour of calories! Class is held in the Cycling Studio.

9 am: BOOOOOO-DY PUMP: Get a full body strength workout in this 1-hour session in Studio 1.

10:05 am: Body Combat: The final class in the day's lineup will be held in Studio 1. The martial arts inspired workout requires no equipment -- just a heap of energy!
