Flex for the Fight

It's time to kickoff our fundraising efforts at Lake Fitness. First on the list, Mary Bird Perkins!

Join us for a morning of fitness, fundraising and fellowship. We will have Mary Bird Perkins and a few other friends as well as some fun raffle items up for grabs!

As always, there's a workout to do and this year it's a doozie! This year, we've curated a custom workout and named it "Marie" after Lon's granny who passed in 2021 after battling breast cancer for over 8 years. Marie is a symbol of strength in your fight. That fight may be breast cancer, parenthood, work hardships, etc but we all share in encouraging everyone to keep going and to keep fighting because YOU ARE WORTH IT!

40 Goblet Squats
30 Burpees over the Kettlebell
