Learn the secrets to making crispy, blistered Bagnet, one of the most famous deep-fried pork belly dishes in the Philippines. Also covered in this class are six recipes you can easily make with Bagnet: Sizzling Bagnet Sinigang, Bagnet Sinigang, Bagnet Sisig, Crispy Kare-Kare, Tokwa’t Baboy, and Binagoongan.

Each student will make their own Bagnet.
