Yoga in the Park with Catherine Crockett

Reap the numerous benefits of Yoga right here at Wickham Park!
For over 5,000 years, Yoga has been practiced!! Yoga focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body through the various stretching and poses it will build strength and balance, help ease arthritis pain, increases heart rate & flow promoting cardiovascular health, and also anxiety and stress.

$10 per person; please let the Ranger know that you're here for Yoga.
No pressure to register for 8 or 10 weeks as its a drop in for those with busy schedules.

Every Friday unless There's inclement weather.
