About the classes:
Classes open with a short talk on aspects of nervous system health e.g. neurotransmitters, hormones, vagus nerve, gut-brain connection, polyvagal theory etc and how yoga & breath can help change how we feel.. Then we do some breathwork and movement.
It is an inclusive, safe and accessible form of yoga. Everyone is welcome, and all levels and needs are accommodated.
There is no need to have any experience of yoga, and you do not need to be flexible or fit
Cost per class is £5, either booked online or at the start of class. All are welcome so if cost is a barrier, please let me know.
About me: I am a Kundalini Global yoga teacher and nutritional therapist specialising in addiction recovery and mental health. This form of yoga has made a profound difference to my own addiction recovery and it continues to help me manage my tendencies towards an anxious mind and low mood.
