Wise Woman Hatha Yoga with Anne

This is your invitation to drift into the quiet magic of autumn and winter, with Anne and this beautiful women’s only gentle Hatha Yoga class.

We’ll tune into our soft breath, stretch into restorative poses, and nourish the body with movement, before relaxing into a quiet meditation.

As we slow down and surrender to the rhythms of the season, we find deep rest in the moment, nurturing the nervous system and inviting calm communion with our inner wise woman.
