The Headhunters

Few bands can boast a history as fortuitous and storied as The Headhunters, a history which began back in 1973 when iconic musician Herbie Hancock formed the group. They soon shot to acclaim by themselves with their iconic blend of jazz, funk, and rock.

With over a million albums sold, the band’s legacy has been inspiring musicians of every genre for decades, sampled by various rap artists throughout the ’80s and ’90s, and influencing countless musicians’ styles of playing.

A chance to experience jazz history, the legendary jazz group take to The Blues Kitchen this October.
