Join us for a gentle and enriching session with Bhavesh Ramji as we explore the deep connection between Hatha Yoga — through movement, breathwork, and stillness — and the inner peace of Raja Yoga as taught by the Brahma Kumaris. Discover how these two paths beautifully complement each other in supporting both body and soul. Please bring your own yoga mat.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:

Bhavesh is a Hatha Yoga teacher and long-time practitioner of Raja Yoga meditation with the Brahma Kumaris. Inspired by both physical and spiritual disciplines, he trained in Hatha Yoga in Rishikesh, India, and has been teaching professionally since 2018. Bhavesh combines movement, breathwork, and meditation to support well-being and self-awareness. He is also the author of the poetry series Oceans of Love, sharing reflections on inner strength and healing.
