This guided wine tasting is designed to explore the idea of transformation — how a wine evolves through its environment, the choices made during winemaking, and the passage of time. The experience features five thoughtfully selected wines that illustrate distinct stages of development and style. We start with something fresh and youthful, then taste how texture and complexity emerge through different techniques and expressions, ending with a wine that has matured into something layered and nuanced. Along the way, participants will be invited to notice what changes in the glass: aromas, flavors, textures — and to consider what contributes to those changes. The tasting draws a gentle parallel to how people also grow and change, shaped by where they’ve been and the decisions they've made. It also encourages awareness of how we perceive transformation in others and the importance of staying open to the experiences that shape them. This is not a technical seminar or a formal tasting. It’s accessible to those with no wine background, yet engaging for anyone curious about how wine tells a story through transformation. The tone is welcoming, sensory, and thoughtful, offering moments of insight without asking participants to share personal experiences.
