Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this free event is all about movement, connection, and celebration - with distance options to suit every pace - with distance options to suit every pace. Choose from 3K, 5K, 7.5K or 10K routes through the city, meet other professionals passionate about wellbeing, and help us celebrate 12 years of Manchester Road Runners.

Known for their weekly Wharf runs and friendly, social approach to fitness, they’ve built a thriving community of over 3,000 members.
