The Late Freddie Price and The Be Positives announce a special date on their Autumn tour for September and October 2025.
This run promises to deliver 70s sounds,nostalgic vibes and high energy performances that the bands have become synonymous with among their fanbases in the North of England.
For The Late Freddie Price, it is a return to Manchester for the first time since May to perform a set that is the band's most rock and roll-focused endeavor yet, featuring a series of their most authentic, rocking songs and new material which they are bringing to some of the most exciting and established small venues across the North this Autumn.
The dynamic 3-piece is made up of vibrant and melodic bass, electrifying guitar, killer drums and nostalgic rock and roll harmonies.
From selling out venues and wowing audiences in Manchester, to being played on BBC Radio; the group are easily becoming one of the most exciting live acts in the North and their show proves why. A set of non-stop original rock songs that sound like lost hits of yesteryear written from a modern day perspective performed with passion, vigour and a vintage sense of rock and roll fun.
With their recent success of selling out 33 Oldham Street, this gig is not one to delay getting tickets to.
THE BE POSITIVES
The Be Positives are a power pop/rock group from Manchester UK. Their sound derives from jangly Kinks-esque guitars, Americana harmony vocals a la The Band/CSNY, with the added punch of late 70s UK Rock n’ Roll.They formed in 2018, recording their debut self-titled debut album shortly after. The self-titled debut album, ‘The Be Positives’ was released on Italy’s White Zoo records in 2019, to which the Manchester Evening News said the album “possesses an optimism and manic energy that’s hard to resist”. Their second album, ‘Everything About… The Be Positives’, came out on Think Like a Key Music in 2021, and received a 4 star review in Shindig! Magazine.Their new single, ‘Duty Free’, sees the band take a back to basics approach, firing on all cylinders with this three chord bopper. Henry takes the lead vocal spot for the first time in the group as he describes the intoxicating rush of a lust for love twinned with the irresistible pull of duty-free savings.
