☕ You're Invited – Parent Breakfast at MCPA!

Join us in the school hall for our next Parent Breakfast session, all about the Zones of Regulation.

You may have heard your child talking about the Zones of Regulation – a tool we use in school to help children understand their emotions and manage their responses.

In this session, Mr Reed will share how he’s used the Zones at home with his own Year 1 daughter to support emotional awareness and regulation. It’s a great opportunity to see how this approach can work at home as well as in school.

With the summer holidays just around the corner, this session offers some practical, parent-friendly tips to help make the break a little calmer and more connected.
