Autumn Movement and Stillness workshop coming up, with Focus and Flow Meditation, Sunday 14th September, 4-6pm at the Silk House Therapy & Wellbeing. Limited places available, including some reduced rate bursaries made available through @ Shiatsu Society (UK) SAM Shiatsu Awareness Month funding.
