MASTERS AT WAR

We are excited to announce that after a 6 year absence, MASTERS AT WAR is back!

The format will be both Mixed AND Same Sex pairs MF | MM | FF | £160 entry per pair.

Masters categories are based on your combined ages* as follows:


Combined age 70-79
Combined age 80-89
Combined age 90-99
Combined age 100-109
Combined age 110+

*the age difference between partners must not exceed 15 years
** minimum age is 35 years

There are no seedings, just direct entry into your age category.
Workouts, weights and gymnastic skills will be programmed to be age appropriate and scaling is permitted.
