Health Coach Helen Lancaster will be sharing the habits that will help us eat well in perimenopause and menopause
Cath Couzens, Medical Herbalist will be explaining the role of herbal medicine in perimenopause and menopause
Katie from knsphysio will be sharing and showing up how we can keep our pelvic floor strong and healthy through midlife
And myself and my medical colleagues from Manchester Menopause Hive will be discussing the common topics we get asked in our menopause clinic, as well as answering your questions about all things women's health and HRT - from a sensible, evidence based perspective.
