Little Small & Co. Picture Frame Workshop (Ages 6-12; Registration Begins 8/11)

Do you believe in Magic? Join local artist Samantha Barlow-Beamer for an hour-long workshop where you'll make your own Fairy Picture Frame using material gathered across beaches, forests and fields in New England. Best known for her installation at The Florence Griswold Museum's "Wee Faerie Village" Samantha will teach young artists about mosaic composition as students create a frame using shells, leaves, bark and plenty of glitter. Samantha is the artist and owner of Little Small & Co. and makes folklore-inspired art, accessories and apparel from natural materials. This program is for children between the ages of 6 and 12. Craft supplies for registered children only; guardians remain in program room. Due to the nature of this program, no admittance after 3:10pm. Registration is required and begins August 11th.
