Surrender into serenity with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra, guiding you into a peaceful state of liminality and deep rest with tibetan and crystal bowl sound healing.
Lying Down Classical Piano Concert
Sink into luxurious soft mattresses, cushions and blankets you'll be carried into your journey, by live classical piano music including William Byrd's beautiful ‘Hughie Ashton's Ground’ and original piano compositions inspired by love written and performed by pianist and founder of Lie Down and Listen - Christina McMaster.
