Class Description
Korean Food has an emphasis on vegetables, meats cooked simply and without much oil. It looks beautiful and had bold crave-worthy flavours.
Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration, this extended class includes time to enjoy eating your dishes in the dining room. You will leave with plenty of leftovers and the confidence to cook more delicious dishes at home.
Example dishes: For allergies & dietaries, let us know in the booking notes.
Pork Mandu – For GF participants: you’ll join the folding process, then eat a version with an alternative wrapper.
Kimbap – Similar looking to sushi but very different flavours and no raw fish.
Kimchi – Traditional Korean dish made with salted and fermented vegetables.
Korean Fried Chicken – Light and crispy on the outside, juicy in the middle.
What’s included:
Free drink on arrival. Additional beverages can be purchased at the bar.
All ingredients provided, you will enjoy eating the food you create in the dining room at the end of the class, take home any leftovers, bring containers or use our simple ones.
Copies of the recipes will be emailed to you after the class.
The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
