This Pop-Up End of Summer Session is a perfect opportunity to gently ease into yoga in a welcoming, supportive environment. You'll receive individualized attention, learn proper alignment, explore foundational poses, and build the confidence to join any class on the schedule.

Course Details:
Dates: August 28, September 4, 11, 18, 25
Fee: $85 (includes one makeup class, to be used within two weeks of course end)
Format: In-person only β no drop-ins
First class: May run slightly longer for introductions and orientation
Minimum: 6 students required to run the course (please preregister!)
If the minimum isn't met, you'll receive a full refund β but we'd love your help spreading the word to make it happen!
