Class Description
This class takes cooking together to another level of ingredients to elevate your experience, chef brings their creativity to show you dishes that are both delicious and look amazing. Chef makes dessert so you can enjoy your evening.
Cooking Together evenings are the perfect blend of meal out and cookery class – sociable foodie fun. One ticket is for 2 people and you will cook the same meal in your pair.
In true Fine Dining style we allow chef to get creative in the kitchen and adapt the menu to both seasonality and their style. Menu will be finalised two weeks before the class.

Starter: Sea Bass – lemongrass mouli with watermelon Main: Gressingham Duck, Garlic, smoked potato, salt baked beetroot and truffle & prune sauce
Starter: Salmon Tartare with pickled onion gel, sweetcorn puree, garlic sourdough crisps, burnt shallots and spring herbs Main: Lamb, spring baby vegetables, peas, broad beans, preserved lemon & white wine emulsion
Dessert: Made by chef so you can enjoy your evening
What’s included:
Free drink & Canapé on arrival. Additional beverages can be purchased at the bar.
All ingredients provided; you will enjoy your meal in the company of others in the dining area.
Copies of the recipes will be emailed to you after the class.
The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
