Fair Parade Floating Painting Party

Help paint the fish from the Dr. Seuss book, ONE FISH, TWO FISH, RED FISH, BLUE FISH for the Manchester District Library float for the Manchester Community Fair parade. You can also paint your own Dr. Seuss characters or whatever your imagination inspires you to create.

All ages welcome.
