Each month on the first Friday, we run a tasting menu here at Hispi in Didsbury

This is a set menu but we will be able to offer vegetarian options if requested in advance. Regrettably we cannot guarantee to cater to any other dietary requirement, however we may be able to amend a dish slightly to suit if this is mentioned at the time of booking (no later than 10 days before the event).
