One half of the hit Dead Men Talking podcast Freddy Quinne absolutely hates writing about himself in the third person but needed to fill out this part of his website because sometimes promoters will use these bios and copy and paste them into their own comedy events when he is on. Including us. We are going to add that he is half-Manx and a very safe pair of comedic hands.

Manc, ginger and proud, brace yourself for a full frontal comedic assault when Jamie pulls the mic form the stand. One liners, puns, pulling faces, uncanny characterisations and clowning are all utilised as deadly weapons in Jamie’s one man war on the mundane.

Expanding life’s more mundane details into eye wettingly funny routine has been his mainstay for many a year. Whether it’s crisp packet opening etiquette or the buddy bench at your kids’ school, Alun has done all the thinking for you. Later years have seen him take on modern life’s more contentious topics but don’t worry, laughter is always first and foremost and, if you have been left with a little bit to think about, then all the better.
