CommuniTEA Flow w/Carina Rosa

Join us for our soul-nourishing monthly CommuniTEA Flow, where you will move gently, sip slowly, and connect deeply with others. The workshop will begin with a grounding yoga flow followed by tea from Perennial and time to gather in community with one another! Participants will take home a bag of Perennial's specially curated tea blend of the month (which will be served following the practice). Whether you are healing, growing, or simply needing to be, this is a space to fill your cup and exhale.
