BARE: A Journey Back to the Self

This is a co-ed healing workshop for men and women to come together in sacred circle. When we heal in community, we get the most amplified version of healing possible.

As we commune with the beautifully gentle but powerful plant ally, Cacao, we will drop into our heart spaces and feel into the loving energy we all have inside. Cacao reminds us to lead from the heart and soul, instead of the head and ego. When we move into our hearts, it becomes easier to let down the walls we have built.

​

During this journey, we will explore our inner world through somatic activation and expansion. As we learn presence with our bodies, we will create the safety that is needed within to heal. In order to heal the mind and master the spirit, we must first tend to the body.

​

This event is all about reawakening the connection we have with our bodies so that we can move into the non-thinking mind, and allow our bodies and souls to guide us into loving harmony and alignment.

​

Here, we will make it clear to the thinking mind that we are safe, we are in control, and there is nothing to fear. When we remember the innate sanctity that lives within our vessels, it becomes easier to access the power of healing we all already have within. But first, we have to know that our bodies are a safe space to be.

​

We will release trauma and energetic blockages, stagnancy, and residual energy that lives trapped and stored within our bodies and cells through somatic movement and presence. Letting our bodies guide us will become one of our greatest teachers.

Through interactive practices with other participants, we will remember the divinity that exists inside us all. We will remember that not only are we an extension of our Creator, but so is the brother or sister beside you.

​

The transformation that is guaranteed to come from this event includes:

• a deeper sense of presence and safety within your own body. You'll leave with tangible, embodied tools and practices that you can return to that anchor you when life feels overwhelming.
• a heart that is softer, more open, and more available for love: self love, love for others, and love for the sacredness of life. The walls around your heart will begin to dissolve through presence, breath, and trust.
• a rediscovered connection to your body as a wise, intuitive, and sacred home. You will begin to let your body lead, learn to listen to its subtle cues, its needs, and its rhythms.
• greater compassion for yourself, your journey, and the people around you. You'll feel empowered to express yourself more freely, speak your truth more openly, and allow your emotions to flow without shame or resistance.
• a remembrance that healing doesn't have to happen alone. In the presence of others doing the same work, healing becomes amplified, exponential, and deeply nourishing.
