Yoga FIT Fall Series

Get in the flow with Yoga FIT during this 11-week winter series run by the experts at the Fitness Institute of Texas. Yoga FIT offers an all-level well-rounded approach to stretching and yoga while enjoying the benefits of being outdoors in nature here at Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center.

Mondays, 10:30 - 11:15 a.m. (Sept. 15 - Nov. 17)
$12 per person for individual classes
$119 per person for the series

Classes will take place fully outdoors and incorporate both active stretching and passive-supported yoga poses for the whole body, providing the perfect balance between getting fit and surrendering into blissful repose. Modifications will be provided for both those with injuries and those seeking to level up their practice.

Space is limited and registration is required. This class will take place weekly in person at Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center.
