Join Rachyl for a guided meditation experience rooted in the teachings of the Munay-Ki, a lineage of energetic rites passed down from the Q’ero shamans of the Andes. This session focuses on the second rite—the Bands of Power, five energetic belts woven into your luminous field for protection, grounding, and transformation. Through intentional meditation, we’ll feed and strengthen these bands, helping to transmute heavy energy and reinforce your connection to Earth and Spirit. Following the meditation we’ll then have the opportunity to journal with the intention of grounding your experience, deepening your awareness, and connecting with the wisdom that emerged during meditation. Whether you’ve received the Munay-Ki rites or are simply feeling called to explore their wisdom, this experience offers a powerful opportunity to align your energy and return to center.
