The Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce is proud to continue its longstanding tradition of celebrating and supporting women in business with a special fall edition of its popular Women in Business series. This members only event will be held on Tuesday, October 28 at 10:00 AM, members are invited to gather at Health Village Imaging, located at 1301 Route 72 West, Suite 220, Manahawkin, for a morning dedicated to health, connection, and empowerment.
Attendees can explore the Health Village Womenβs Imaging Center, tour the facility, and meet the caring technologists and staff who deliver state-of-the-art medical imaging services. This gathering emphasizes the importance of preventive care and early detection, offering valuable insights into recommended screenings tailored for women. In partnership with Matt Holland, MS RDN, and the Ocean County Health Department, guests will receive complimentary health screenings including blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, A1C, pulse oximeter readings, and a lipid panel test. To round out the morning, participants can enjoy a continental breakfast while engaging in meaningful conversations, discovering wellness resources, and building personal and professional connections.
The Women in Business program, a cornerstone of the 111-year Chamberβs initiatives, has been empowering local women entrepreneurs and professionals for over a decade. Through networking events, educational workshops, and community partnerships, the program continues to foster growth, leadership, and collaboration among women across our coastal community. Space is limited, and advance registration is required.
