Self-Compassion and Love Workshop

Join us for an evening of guided meditation to bring your love back to your own heart, mind, and body. Cristin, of Mayura Heart Wellness, will guide you through a meditation to bring your love back to your own heart, mind, and body. After the meditation, Cristin will move into a crystal bowl sound bath to soothe the body and spirit.

Throughout the event, Colleen will move through the room alternating Reiki and The Lavender Flame Energy to assist the body, mind and spirit to restoration of its authentic state of self-compassion and love.
