Monthly Reiki Circle!
(no reiki experience required)
We will start with a short seated mediation and then lie down to receive reiki, ending with a crystal bowl sound bath.
Reiki is a technique that puts the body into a state of deep relaxation, which balances the body, allowing healing to occur (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually).
Please let us know if you have sensitivities to incense or sage. You may also request a comfy chair if lying down isn’t comfortable for you!
