Free Teachers Meditation & Reiki for Teachers

Join us for a FREE crystal bowl meditation with Reiki for Teachers & School Staff!

Cristin will be guiding the group through a short meditation focused around body awareness and relaxation followed by a crystal bowl sound bath. Throughout the event, you will receive Reiki from Colleen to assist the rebalance of your body & mind to peace and center.
