Spring Barn Sale Preview Party 2025 - 11:30 am-2 pm session

Tickets are $50 per guest and include access to shop the barn before we open to the public, as well as seasonally-inspired sips and bites.

After a long winter, Spring has sprung at Life’s Patina Willowbrook Farm! We’ve been busy as bees searching for new treasures for you to incorporate into your home to freshen it up for spring’s arrival! Be the very first to shop our curated new collection and welcome in the season of warm breezes, birdsongs and blooming flowers at our Spring Preview Party! Artfully and creatively displayed throughout our two-story bank barn, you’ll find our classic mix of old and new, including seasonal spring and summer décor, tableware and china, furniture, one-of-a-kind vintage, architectural salvage like old windows and doors, unique gifts, candles, home décor accents and much more!

In addition to receiving exclusive early access to shop our barn FIRST before the general public, you’ll also enjoy delicious seasonal fare, a specialty cocktail inspired by Spring as well as other refreshing beverages.

A portion of our Preview Party ticket sales and a portion of all earnings from our Spring Barn Sale will go to our charity partner, Be a Part of the Conversation, a local non-profit that empowers communities and families in Pennsylvania with resources, connection and education about substance use and addication.

• We reserve the right to use the rain date should weather impact our parking fields so before purchasing a ticket, please be sure you are available for the rain date of Thursday, May 15th (11:30-2 pm).
• This is an indoor and outdoor event so please dress appropriately for the weather. Parking is in a field which can get wet and muddy so boots or appropriate footwear are also recommended.
