10:45 – Gather at the field, get those boots on and socialise
11:00–13:00 – Training with different focus:
• General drills
• Midfield
• Forward
• Defence
13:00–14:45 – Lunch and watching the boys' game (bring your own)
14:45–15:00 – Organizing teams and plays, warm up for the game with your team
15:00–16:00 – Practice game: 4 x 10 minutes with 5-minute breaks between quarters
Afterwards – Free time to swim/ shower and get to the pub
From 18:00 – Dinner at Fagens Malmö
