Over five weekly evenings, we will journey into the art of love, conscious relating, polarity, and sacred intimacy, an experience that not only satisfies the heart and body, but also nourishes the soul.
Each meeting will focus on a unique theme designed to support your union in becoming more present, loving, alive, and purposeful.
Through guided practices and embodied exploration, we will dive into:
- Love as a language of the heart, one that needs practice and conscious evolution
- Reigniting Eros and cultivating pure, sacred sensuality, infused with Tantric and Yogic wisdom
- Communication as a path to deeper intimacy and connection
- Understanding and embodying the polarity of masculine and feminine energies
- Bringing sacredness and purpose into your daily relating
- Introducing Esoteric Tantric knowledge on amorous continence and how this can revolutionize your intimate life and the soul of your relationship

Olinela, a devoted teacher of Yoga and Tantra, together with her beloved Kristoffer, have been offering events and workshops for couples over the past 5 years.
For the first time, they now offer a deeper, structured journey, putting together the wisdom and practices they’ve both lived and taught.
