💃 What is this?
This is a Praktika - Co led by Nordic moves — a relaxed, small-group social where we focus on practising movements, refining technique, and just enjoying the dance together 🤝💫 We are gonna be having different bachata sensual sequences and other types of animations to practise together.
🌟 Who can join:
This is a semi-open social dance - for course members it is all good! If you are just curious and want to social dance - You need to register your e-mail and personal number when showing up if have one, OR be part of a Nordic Moves or Northern Lights course — or connected in some other way, and plan to come frequently to develop with Nordic Moves. This is due to the strict rules by facilities, nothing else. We would love for you to come and join us!
Price: On donation, you need to swish at least the first time of attendence - 50% of all donations will go to fund for research on age-related diseases - "Hjärnfonden".
NO outdoor shoes allowed.
