💃 About Frida
Dancing since age 14, trained at Broadway Dance Center, and recently certified in bachata teaching at Esencia Studios. She teaches at Nordic Moves and leads the ladies’ styling team Northern Lights, focusing on technique, femininity, and joyful connection.
🕺 About Diego
Colombian-born and based in Grenoble, he discovered bachata eight years ago and founded his own dance association. He is a multi-time champion in team shine (French, European & World titles) and is known for his smooth, connection-based leading style.
