An Energetic Journey Into Presence and Inner Connection
This Group Kundalini Activation is a gentle yet powerful energetic practice designed to help you access and awaken your life force energy.
Unlike Kundalini yoga, this is not an asana-based practice. Instead, you will lie down comfortably on a mat and listen to music for about an hour while we hold and open a supportive energetic field. Through this field, a natural transmission occurs—activating your energetic, emotional, and spiritual systems.
This practice is an inner dance, where your mind, body, and soul may harmonize. It may bring forward a wide range of experiences, including:
– Deep presence and inner stillness
– Waves of bliss or clarity
– Emotional release or insight
– Energetic movement or spontaneous expression
– A felt connection to something greater
Everyone’s experience is different, and your system will respond in the way it is ready for in the moment.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
– We will have an opening circle to get to know each other, explain what will happen and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have
– You will then lie down, fully clothed, in a safe and supportive space
– A curated music journey will guide the session
– We support you in accessing your life force energy
