This circle is for you.
A space to breathe. To be seen. To remember who you are beneath the self-doubt, the hustle, the old stories.

What to Expect:

• A welcoming space - full acceptance and inclusion for all women
• A grounding meditation
• A safe container for you to release and share anything that you wish to get off your chest
• A space to be heard, & to listen to others
• A space of learning and going deeper into yourself
• An option to be silent, to absorb the conversations
• A space where emotions can be fully felt and released
• To learn how to feel safe within yourself
• Optional refreshments
