Kundalini Workshop

Kundalini refers to a form of primal energy believed to reside at the base of the spine, often symbolized as a coiled serpent. The practice of Kundalini aims to awaken this dormant energy through a combination of physical postures, breath control, meditation, and chanting. As the Kundalini energy ascends through the chakras, or energy centers, along the spine, it may heighten awareness and spiritual enlightenment.

By participating, individuals can embark on a journey of self-discovery and
healing, unlocking their full potential.
