Every Sunday, Golden Nugget Restaurant presents our Sunday Sessions. Located within the historic Porcupine Village.
End the weekend on a relaxing note with live music, light snacks and happy hour from 2pm-3pm. Entry is free, no booking required for the session, however if wanting lunch beforehand bookings preferred.
King Leo and Son bring authentic, hard-hitting blues to the stage, led by seasoned frontman “King” Leo LaDell—a powerhouse vocalist, guitarist, and harmonica player who has performed alongside legends including Bo Diddley, Pinetop Perkins, and Doug Kershaw.
With decades of international experience spanning the U.S., New Zealand, and Australia, Leo’s gritty blues roots meet fresh energy through the guitar work of his son Oscar LaDell. Together, they deliver a dynamic mix of original tracks and classic blues, blending raw emotion, masterful musicianship, and undeniable chemistry for a show that’s as soulful as it is electrifying.
