After a 17-year professional basketball career across five countries, she now helps lead one of the most storied franchises in sports. But her impact goes far beyond the court. As a co-lead of Boston Celtics United, Allison works to address social and racial inequities in Black and Brown communities throughout Greater Boston — driving meaningful change through education, economic opportunity, and community engagement.

In this special event, Allison will share her journey and offer motivational insights on small business leadership, resilience, and creating positive change, both in business and in the community.
