Are you longing for some self-reflection but you never find the time or supporting structure to make it happen? ⌛
In a safe and encouraging space we will be using various personal development tools to gain better understanding of ourselves and to increase our awareness.
Exploring our values, different areas of our life, our strengths and weaknesses, our dreams and our challenges, and how to overcome them to create a more balanced and fulfilling life of purpose ✨
The INTENTION is to:
• get more clarity about yourself and your direction in life 🌟
• reconnect with our Essence and our inner guiding system 🧭
• get inspired to make positive changes in your life 🌈
• meet like-minded/hearted people and support each other on the Path 👥👥

- It’s not about being “right” or “wrong” but including more perspectives to learn from each other

About the FACILITATOR:
Ela Kolodziej is a trained facilitator and a holistic therapist with years of experience; and she will do her best to create a safe and encouraging container to Be in and support our development process.
That being said, each participant is responsible for taking care of their boundaries and well-being, deciding when and how to participate, co-creating a beautiful and supporting space.
If during any activity you feel unsafe or need support, you can approach the facilitator and address it with her, in the moment or afterwards.

Although it is a space where healing can happen, it is not meant to be a therapy place, so if you have serious mental health problems or get easily triggered and overwhelmed, reconsider your participation.

We require a minimum of 5 registered participants by Saturday evening for each event to happen.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
free up to 24 hours before the event, after that you shall contribute for your spot
LANGUAGE: the main language is English, but we can do short explanations in Spanish, so welcome to join 🙂
