Cuddle Party: A Space for Connection Through Conscious Touch

A Cuddle Party is a safe space where human connection respect and consent are the foundational pillars. It’s a gathering designed to explore non-sexual physical contact with trust presence and integrity. In our society where touch is often influenced by expectations or misunderstandings these spaces offer a unique opportunity to experience the warmth of conscious affectionate contact.

From the beginning our facilitators welcome each person creating an atmosphere of inclusion and belonging. Before we start we give a short introduction to explain the flow of the event the consent guidelines and the core values that guide the experience. Throughout the afternoon people are guided through a series of games and exercises designed to explore non-verbal communication trust relaxation and emotional well-being.

After 2–3 hours of guided facilitation we open a free space of around 2 hours where everyone can enjoy at their own pace with no pressure. A light snack is available throughout the afternoon to support a warm and relaxed environment.

Cuddle Parties are not just about sharing affection—they’re an invitation to discover that conscious healthy relationships are possible. By taking part you not only enjoy the experience in a safe setting but you also gain communication tools and emotional resources that can support deeper connection in daily life. Every step we take together brings us closer to building a more kind loving and conscious society.

Core Guidelines and Principles of Our Cuddle Parties

Cuddle Parties are intentional spaces where trust respect and emotional safety are top priorities.

To ensure an enriching experience for everyone we set clear boundaries:

🔹 Zero tolerance for any form of discrimination or violence

No LGTBIQ+phobic heterophobic sexist or racist comments or behavior will be tolerated. This is an inclusive space where every person is welcome in their authenticity.

🔹 This is not a dating event or a space to look for a partner

If love naturally arises between people it’s welcome but the purpose of this gathering is not to find a partner or engage in group dating. We come to share authentically without pressure or expectations.

🔹 Activities encourage group connection

If you attend with your partner or someone with whom you share a close emotional bond please note that the dynamics are designed to foster connection with the entire group. If jealousy or discomfort arises we are here to offer support as long as it doesn’t interrupt the event for others.

🔹 We reserve the right of admission and participation

If someone violates core respect boundaries we may ask them to leave the event at any time with no refund and no obligation to provide more explanation than we choose to. Our priority is to maintain the harmony of the space.

🔹 This is not an event for people who only want to observe

It’s normal to need breaks and there will be designated areas for that. However if your intent is only to watch without participating this is not the right event for you. The group’s energy is built through the engagement of everyone and passive presence can create discomfort for others.
