Wisening Women - A Workshop Series of Seasonal Rituals

Purify and nourish your senses through rituals attuned to the seasons and elements. Join us to weave rituals with intention through sensory and elemental experiences. Using the tools of scent, song, ceremony, create mandalas, sacred food, and sensory touch in alchemy to open the doorway to our inner connection, cultivate deep listening and innate capacities to heal, nourish, protect, and sustain life in our modern world.

Join us for the entire course and save or drop into individual sessions as we build nature mandals, practice ayurveda, share sacred songs, experience elemental resins, elixirs & flower essence while weaving seasonal rituals with mindful movement and feast on nourishing foods from the aina.

Cost: $220 for the four-part series or $55 per session. Commit to a year of sisterhood, support, and transformation. Our first gathering has already taken place, but there’s still time to join us for the rest of this powerful journey.

Lala Naidu - Lala Naidu is a dedicated doctor of Ayurvedic medicine with a passion for empowering women to align with the natural rhythms of life. Through the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, she offers a holistic, seasonal approach to self-care that supports vitality, balance, and inner harmony. At the 5 Seasons Women’s Gathering, Dr. Naidu holds a nurturing space for women to reconnect with their bodies, awaken their innate intelligence, and cultivate deep nourishment through practices that honor the cycles of nature and spirit.

Renée Loux - plant-alchemist

In a decades-long journey through food, formulation, plants and the allies and medicines of the natural world, my work has grown from a fascination with the intersection of science and spirit. I work with plants in many ways as nourishment for the body, mind, soul and senses. In our Wisening Women’s Gathering, I offer rituals to deepen and develop connection to our sensory pathways, intentions and inner connection. We will weave elemental and sensorial rituals using tree resins, aromatics, food, plants, infusions, and elixirs to nourish the senses and the soul.

P l u m a - community architect

Pluma immigrated to the island of Maui in 2017 as a 5th Generation Californian following her love for ocean and wild Earth. Her allyship to plants, planet and peoples is informed by years of personal initiation and group exploration spanning a variety of core shamanic modalities, native technologies and yogic lineages.

Pluma is a community builder, energy guide and interpreter of dreams; who shares her seasonal wisdom at festival events, intimate workshops, ceremonial gatherings and international retreats.

For years, her work as a freelance producer of conscious-centered programming and cultural media, has specialized in the curation of mystical experiences that support wholistic wellbeing and transformational practices. With a gift of bringing ideas into form for visionaries and thought leaders in Art, Film, Medicine, Music, Ritual & Yoga; she is inspired to co-create with the Wisening Women on this year long adventure.

Info: Summer is a season of expansion, radiance, and intensity - where the outer world is in full bloom and our inner fire is heightened. This gathering will explore ways to honor the season’s heat and outward energy while inviting softness, cooling, and heart-centered presence through sensory rituals, sacred elements, and practices that nourish rather than deplete.
