The PŪPŪ ʻO NI‘IHAU DANGLE EARRINGS WORKSHOP is a very unique opportunity to work with Kumu Myrah, raised on the island of Ni‘ihau. Join Kumu Myrah at the Hui as she teaches students how to make their very own 1” pair of earrings using rare and precious shells from the island of Ni‘ihau. Shells are direct from the Island of Ni‘ihau, momi shells will be used for this class.

Kumu Myrah is excited to share her stories about the shells, their origin, and communicating more about the Island of Ni‘ihau including the ‘Ōlelo Niʻihau and how important it is to perpetuate the language.
