Are you ready to begin within? Learn to make friends with and even love your subconscious mind! Join me on the journey inward as we activate your unconscious mind for the ultimate self-care experience. In each session, we will practice:

Clearing & calming bilateral movements
Subconscious journaling
Yogic breathing & relaxation techniques
Guided hypnosis & meditation

Bring a journal and creative writing utensils. Journals also available for purchase.
