This is a free event and everyone is welcome! Bring a friend and join us for mat pilates at 8:30AM in front of the studio!

We will have amazing onsite vendors including:

✨Nourish ICT (our very own Jamelah) offering gluten free snacks throughout the morning

Everyone in attendance will have an opportunity to enter into several giveaways including:
