Hunter Ability Support will be at Dying to Know Day at Maitland Hospital, joining the community in starting meaningful conversations about end‑of‑life wishes, values, and planning. �
We proudly support palliative care clients and their families, and events like this help bring comfort, connection, and understanding when it matters most.
The event will feature:
- Local palliative care volunteers & health professionals
- End‑of‑life doulas, legal advisers, and carers
- Tips and tools for advance care planning
It’s a safe, welcoming space to explore important topics that can bring peace of mind for ourselves and our loved ones.
� Free and open to everyone – carers, family members, healthcare workers, and community members are all welcome.
