This course is designed to give you a solid foundation in yoga, helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence in your practice. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to revisit the basics, these sessions will guide you through movement, breathwork, and relaxation in a way that feels approachable and supportive.
What You’ll Learn:
• Essential Yoga Postures – Develop confidence in foundational poses with a focus on alignment, balance, and ease.

This course is about feeling good in your body, moving at your own pace, and developing skills you can use beyond the mat. No prior experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to learn.
Come as you are, bring your own mat if you have one, otherwise just bring a light blanket and a towel to cover your bolster, water and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
