Round 2 of our 'Try Trails' Series with thanks to the Gold Coast City Council 'Active & Healthy' Program.
We are taking to the Federation Walk Trails along The Spit. These trails are flat to undulating and you can run comfortably in road or trail shoes.
Once again we will have three groups - each with varying distance and pace. Note we will adjust on the day to suit those in attandance and the conditions of the day.

Note: If you look at the maps and see the big spikes - its not because they are big hills - its just the scale of the map - no nasty hills in this run.
It could be warm, so small handheld bottles or flasks you can store on your body are a good idea.
